Frequently Asked Questions

We just launched, so these questions aren't actually "frequently asked" yet, but we're guessing they might be, so here are our answers in advance.

  • Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

  • Where are your products shipped from?

Some products are in inventory locally in Abbotsford, BC and some are produced and shipped on-demand from elsewhere when you order them. 

  • How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically by Canada Post based on your order's size and weight. Shipping may increase if products from different locations are included in your order.

  • Can I pick up my order locally in Abbotsford?

If your entire order is available locally, we offer pickup from the Airshow office. Products available locally are noted in their descriptions and orders eligible for pickup will display that option during checkout. Orders cannot be split between pickup and shipping so items for pickup must be ordered separately from any shipped items.

  • How do I pick up a local order?

Elligble local orders may be picked up at the Abbotsford Airshow office during regular business hours. We are located in the UFV Hangar at 30645 Firecat Avenue.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Once you receive the notification, you must call ahead to confirm a staff member is available to assist you with your pickup. The number will be provided in the notification.

Please bring your order confirmation # to pick up your order. MASKS OR FACIAL COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PICKUPS

  • Are there any other fees?

Some products produced elsewhere may incur customs fees upon delivery if they ship from the United States. These fees are not guaranteed and vary by item.
